Our client is a global engagement and marketing agency, looking for an Event Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships by implementing annual client needs assessments, account action plans, and personal action plans.
- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Lead and manage multi-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Monitor and maintain healthy client relationships.
- Translate client strategies and unmet needs into meaningful action plans aligned with company’s
- Using extensive industry and market knowledge to serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
Key Requirements:
- 5 years’ experience in MICE or hospitality industry
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Experience in event management is advantageous
