Job Description:
- Reconcile invoices, receipts and payments, and identify discrepancies.
- Enter financial transactions into databases.
- Check spreadsheets for accuracy.
- Maintain digital financial records.
- Participate in audits.
- Meet all reasonably set deadlines.
- Administrative works as and when assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures is preferred.
- Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software.
- Organization skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
