Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/Construction Machinery
- Position Title: Accounts and Admin Assistant (6-months contract)
- Working Location: Tuas (Transportation Provided)
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.15 pm – 5.15 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $2,600 + Meal Allowance + OT
- Duration: 6-months contract to cover maternity leave
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare documents, such as memos, invoices, reports, packing list and other correspondence.
- Assist and handle partial accounts.
- Maintain a filing system, update records, and organize documents.
- Assist in filling and other administrative works.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
