Job Description

- Position Title: Sales & Service Support Coordinator
- Working Location: Penjuru Close
- Working Hours: 5.5 days, Mon to Fri (8 am – 5 pm), Sat (8 am – 12 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team.
- Handle order processing and ensure all sales and service records are updated.
- Provide support to the service team in scheduling maintenance and repair work.
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues reported.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product offerings to support sales inquiries and service needs effectively.
- Manage inventory control, ensuring parts and machinery are available for sales and service requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to support sales and service operations.
