- Position Title: Assistant Quality Engineer
- Working Location: Jurong West
- Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (8 am – 5 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary Up to $3,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits and supplier audits to evaluate compliance with quality standards.
- Participate in product and certification audits.
- Assist in the establishment and maintenance of procedures, work instructions, and document control.
- Analyze test reports and collaborate with relevant teams to identify areas for improvement.
- Address potential quality issues and work with cross-functional team members to implement follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with the relevant team to investigate root causes, develop Corrective and Preventive Actions for non-conformance or procedural failures.
- Support the preparation of Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) plans.
- Formulate QC checklists, inspections, and procedures related to QA/QC.
- Compile monthly reports to track quality and compliance performance.
- Maintain documentation related to certifications.
- Assist the QA/QC department in areas of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) by participating in hazard assessments, incident investigations, and risk assessments when necessary.
- To support and engage in other activities or new project development as and when required

- Min Diploma in Engineering or other relevant fields
- More than 2 years' experience in QA/QC and audits
- Independent and self-motivated
