Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/Marine Engineering
- Position Title: HR Executive
- Working Location: Gul Circle
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $4,000
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Full spectrum of Human Resources; Work pass management, IR8A, IR21, WICA, Medical Insurance, Attendance, Disciplinary, etc
- Ad-hoc activities required by government agency
- Apply and follow up on government grants
- Various reports to Director, HR Manager and Shipyards
- Ad-hoc assignments assigned by Director, HR Manager

- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or other discipline with at least 6 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong Knowledge of the Employment Act
- HR experience in Marine Shipyard or Construction industry is an added advantage
- Ability to work / communicate with foreign workers
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
