Health & Co-Development Business Unit is looking for a Business Analyst

What will you do?
- Improving user journey and experience on the website.
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the existing user journey, features and functionalities on the website.
- Deep dive into data analytics of the platform to derive insights on utilisation patterns and engagement.
- Engage with end users and stakeholders to understand current pain points and areas of improvement.
- Co-create ideas with the product team to streamline user journey, improve experience and increase engagement on the platform.
- Work in collaboration with designer to create wireframes and prototypes for areas of improvement identified.
- Define requirements and user stories for areas of improvement identified.
- Facilitate conversations between business, design and tech teams to finalise designs and requirements.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA teams to clarify requirements, resolve any ambiguities, and ensure accurate implementation.
- Develop and carry out test plan once development is complete.
- Address any issues reported or bugs identified with tech delivery team.
- Work in collaboration with the product owner on any other tasks assigned.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand the goals and objectives of the service recommendation engine.
- Analyse user data and preferences to define criteria for recommending mental health services.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to design the architecture and algorithms for the recommendation engine.
- Create user stories and requirements for the engine's features, considering factors like personalisation, scalability, and data security.
- Oversee the implementation of the recommendation engine, ensuring it aligns with the defined requirements.
- Conduct testing, validation, and optimization to fine-tune the engine's accuracy and effectiveness.
- Develop and document a monitoring and feedback mechanism to continuously improve the recommendation engine's performance.
- Work in collaboration with the product owner on any other tasks assigned.
- Manage the project plan and ensure that timelines are met.
- Work in collaboration with the product team to support the design and implementation of the mobile app.
- Facilitate conversations between business, design and tech teams to finalise designs and requirements.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA teams to clarify requirements, resolve any ambiguities, and ensure accurate implementation.
- Work in collaboration with the product owner on any other tasks assigned.
What are we looking for?
- Solid working experience as a Business Analyst
- Familiarity with product and project management tools (eg Figma, monday.com)
- Practical experience with Agile Methodologies, tools and delivery
- Good understanding of Cloud Technology and have attended the related fundamental Cloud Technology trainings
- Experience in Vendor and Contract Management, Change Management/Service Request Management, Problem/Incident Management will be an added advantage
- Strong analytic, conceptualization and problem solving skillsets will be an added advantage
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written and able to pitch to engage stakeholder will be an added advantage
- Relevant healthcare domain knowledge & Government Projects will be an added advantage
- Experience in supporting applications operations will be an added advantage
