- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creative teams.
- Manage and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
- Establish, track, and report on team objectives and goals.
- Create and implement branding, positioning, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure consistent and robust brand messaging across all marketing channels, including events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional materials.
- Analyze consumer behavior, define customer personas, explore new market segments, monitor competition, align sales and marketing efforts, and contribute to quarterly and annual company objective planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of working experience in marketing, preferably in Beauty/ Skincare industry or B2C.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, a track record of successful budget management, and an extensive understanding of various marketing channels such as Search, Social-Media, Content, Email, and Display.
- Proficiency in utilizing digital marketing tools and platforms, which includes but is not limited to Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing software, and social media management tools.
- Solid comprehension of best practices in SEO and SEM, coupled with hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
