- Promotes good communication between customers, sales and production units. A Customer Service Representative must always be available to ensure high customer service.
- Enter customer orders based on order and allocated quantity, ensuring orders are optimized for shipping quantity and evenly loaded throughout the month.
- Handle urgent customer orders as needed.
- Work with sales and customers to identify root causes of payment delays.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering or Business or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of sales or customer serviceexperience in semiconductor industry.
- Knowledge in SAP and semiconductor industry trends and market.
