Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Salary Range: S$5000 to S$7000 (depending on experience)


Job Description


Overall Responsibilities:

You will work with the APAC Platforms Lead to enable a large cross-functional GTM team to plan, launch & measure the impact of campaigns across digitally owned and operated channels.

In this role you will define and execute the regional quarterly testing plans, identify and scale best practices globally and routinely share out insights & learnings. This role also requires someone who is capable of engaging our vendor teams to engage on technical program deployment including build, activation and post-launch monitoring.

Additionally, you will support the Platforms innovation roadmap; working closely with G/R/L PMMs to identify new platform capabilities & influence the global roadmap.


Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

  • Lead end to end campaign enablement across across digital platform and remnant media promotional engines by working closely with growth and country PMMs and ensuring campaign strategy/assets are purposed for O&O channels
  • Be the expert on O&O policies and evangelize the spirit of the policies with regional GTM/country teams to unlock tailored creatives and user journeys for O&O mediums
  • Manage the end to end campaigns approval workflow with global platforms, GTM, PM & UX teams and continually mitigate any risks to campaign launch through timely feedback and precise escalation
  • Own the e2e campaign reporting process, working closely with analytics teams and surface insights to guide better work to the country/GTM teams
  • Test and roll out new platform capability (eg. experiment lab, creative testing) across campaigns and manage the feedback loop with global and regional teams
  • Be a trusted partner to the APAC Platforms lead to proactively develop the platform innovation roadmap based on local insights to serve our users better

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • +3 years of experience ideally with a mix of marketing, product management, management consulting, or equivalent project management experience in technology
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Have Skills/Qualifications:

  • Quantitatively inclined. Not shy about getting deep into data & analysis
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced dynamic environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Diplomacy and tact required to be effective in the role
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build the function from the ground up
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills.
