1.Good Hardware and software troubleshooting skills for PC.
2.Basic troubleshooting skills for IOS and android devices.
3.Meeting room and AV equipment knowledge.
4. Able to support off hours or require to perform ad hoc duties as and when needed
5.Coordination and management of 3rd party vendor support services.
6. Datacenter support including maintaining rack layout and cabling information, physical devices hardware inventory list, and providing escort services when other suppliers require access to client racks.
7.Advising on software or hardware upgrades.
