Assistant Wholesale Manager

Job Description :

  • Manage overall operational, budgetary and financial responsibilities.
  • Utilise sales data to manage, develop, and serve existing accounts. Identify, develop, and convert new account opportunities for the business. Oversee staff training, and evaluating personnel.
  • Analyse performances for all relevant accounts and monitor competitor activities and market trends to find new opportunities.
  • Ensure standard procedures are in place for effective and efficient control.
  • Oversee and lead the wholesale staff.
  • Establish and maintain relevant controls and feedback systems to monitor the operation of wholesale department.
  • Prepare relevant and necessary reports for management to track strategic goals. Review performance data that includes financial, sales and duty reports, to monitor and measure departmental productivity, goal achievement and overall effectiveness.
  • Collection of Payment transactions.
  • Handle day-to-day wholesales operations.
  • Ensure proper sales order process and delivery to clients.

Requirements:

  • Degree holders in business management or similar disciplines.
  • 3 years of wholesales management track record as Wholesale/Retail Manager capacity in similar industry.
  • MS Office software.
  • Promote a positive working culture across the showroom and drive the achievement of sales targets, operations leadership, marketing and product development.
  • Possess strong people management and leadership skills, and track record of successfully training, encouraging, motivating and guiding sales executives.
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction; manage service recovery and loyalty programs.
  • Ensure staff KPIs and performance targets are met.
  • Strong interpersonal, communications and negotiation skills.
