Job Description
To perform supervisor duties in a non-aircon F&B working environment.
Detailed Responsibilities
- Assist the management on daily operation
- Greet customers and take order from them
- Answer incoming calls from suppliers, delivery man, etc.
- Monitor part time employees' working procedure and performance
- Demonstrate right working attitude and procedure
- Cash handling
- Plan staff roster & get management's approval
Requirements
- Min 2 years' experience as Supervisor in F&B
- Able to deal with customers with different education backgrounds
- Needs to work on rotating shift: Day shift starts on 6am; Night shift starts on 2pm
- Needs to work on weekends & public holidays
- OT may be required on day shifts, weekends & public holidays, in the case when some colleagues take MC or leaves
- Able to work in a Non-Aircon environment
