- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm

Main Responsibilities:
- Identifying potential customers and gathering information about their needs and preferences.
- Client Visits to present products or services, demonstrate features, and explain benefits.
- Establishing rapport and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations tailored to the specific needs of each customer.
- Processing of sales orders, delivery orders, and invoice
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional sales support.
- Answer all product-related questions in a polite manner and addressing queries promptly.
- Communicate efficiently with customers through various channels.
- Support the development of new and existing products
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Min. O levels and above
- Ability to handle customers amicably and maintain professional customer service skills
- Class 3 Driving License
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with clients who can only converse in mandarin
