Responsibilities:
- Create and implement sales strategy in collaboration with the marketing department.
- Participate in monthly sales and order planning meetings.
- Develop and implement brand/ product strategy to improve brand awareness.
- Develop and strengthen the relationship with assigned Dealers/Trade Partners.
- Accomplish allocated sales objectives, manage, execute, and monitor sales targets for Dealers/Trade Partners.
- Build and maintain good relationship with distributors and channel partners both local and overseas.
- Take charge and manage a group of Sales Promoters and Executives.
- Achieve the company's monthly and annual sales budgets and objectives.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Diploma in Business Management or any related discipline
- At least 2 - 3 years’ regional sales (B2B & B2C) experience preferably from home/ household appliances industry
- Willing to travel whenever necessary
