This role will support the project management team in all aspects of the project. This individual will need to be able to communicate effectively, work well as part of a team and able to multi-task.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Provides administrative support to the project management team
- Maintain, validate and verify documentation ledger and follow up with customer comments on daily basis.
- Provide feedback to PM on the discrepancies, if any.
- Generate reports as required including estimate vs actual, project summaries etc.
- Upload and maintain project files.
- Liaise with operations, stores and admin on all project and equipment issues.
- Participate, write and distribute meeting minutes.
- Coordinate, maintain and distribute project schedules / plans.
- Perform other work related tasks as assigned (compilation of timesheets, AARs etc).
- Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
