Project Coordinator (Project / Lighting / Tender submission)
Job Info:
- Salary: $ 2,600 - $ 3,600 + VB
- Working Hour: Monday - Friday @ 8.30am - 6pm
- Working Location: MacPherson
Responsibilities:
- Examine tender documents and the scope of work to prepare tender submissions.
- Review client's requirements and the scope of work, preparing quotations accordingly.
- Analyze and compare products and services, proposing suitable alternatives as needed.
- Prepare technical specifications for proposed products.
- Maintain and update supplier information, liaising on product ranges, prices, and delivery times.
- Assist with project documentation and coordinate project activities.
- Propose alternative products when necessary and provide technical support for clients.
- Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation for all stages of the tendering and project process.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to optimize project outcomes.
Job Requirments:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Business, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
