As Duty Manager, you will be responsible in supervision of the Front Office activities to achieve an effective and efficient daily operation.
Responsibilities:-
- Ensure good order and discipline at the Front Office in the absence of the Head of Department.
- Handle guest complaints and follow up with necessary immediate action
- Control daily sale of rooms to maximize Hotel?s revenue.Requirement:
- Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
- Excellent in English Language and Mathematics
- At least 3 years in relevant working experiences
- Team player, good oral / written communications and public relations skills preferred
