· Office working hours
· Industry : Renting and leasing of private cars
Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to Accounts, Human Resource and Sales Department.
· Overall Co-coordinator (with all company’s staffs, Suppliers, Customers, Government Agencies, Contractors)
· Handle billing-related matters
· Handle phone enquiry
· Handle walk-in customers
· Any other tasks / duties as directed by Senior Manager/s.
Requirements:
· Min Diploma in any field
· At least 5 years of admin support experience in the same industry
· Responsive, attentive and be able to work under pressure
· Customer Service orientated
