As an Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Increase the company's clientele through proactive initiatives and leveraging existing networks.
- Spearhead strategic business development aligned with organizational goals, enhancing the project portfolio and uncovering novel business prospects.
- Foster and sustain robust relationships with current clients, ensuring their satisfaction through exceptional customer service.
- Identify chances for upselling, cross-selling, and forging enduring partnerships.
- Identify prospective clients, industries, and market segments for expansion within the Singaporean market.
- Pioneer the development of new projects, attaining sales targets, and meeting business development objectives in revenue and sales margins.
- Craft tender documents, presentations, and engage in effective negotiation processes.

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess Degree in any discipline
- Min 5 - 8 Years of relevant experiences with Waste Water Treatment
- Experience in proposal preparation and ability to understand specifications
