1. Job Scope
• Manage day to day sales enquiries via phone, email.
• Prepare Quotation (Air / Ocean / Logistic / CBT).
• Manage weekly, monthly reports.
• Prepare Debit Note and Credit Note.
• Trouble Shooting (Damage Cargo, Billing Issues, etc.) (Air / Ocean / Logistic / CBT).
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, internal colleagues as well as oversea offices.
• Work alongside with Outdoor Sales Team to develop Sales business opportunities.

• Relevant experience and knowledge in freight forwarding industry in customer service of sales support will be at advantage.
