Reporting to the Commercial Director and Area Director, the Brand Ambassador fully represents Jägermeister in the assigned territory. The mission will be:
- Implicitly understand consumers, get to know where they are and how to connect with them
- Identify, build relationship, and achieve listing and execution with all the top on-premise accounts
- Understands perfectly the ‘German Standard’ of on-premise executional excellence and delivers it in trade with standard and customized visibility tools
- Identify, list and partner with top events, music festivals and bands and ensure execution meets brand standards
- Run commercial and promotional activities
- Conduct staff training with partner’s sales team, promotion team and on-premise accounts
- Support local partner requests and questions to ensure brand execution is managed properly
- Ensure delivery of commercial objectives and continuously track progress vs objectives
- Constantly monitor and asses the competitors’ brands in the defined territory and report back to management
REQUIREMENTS
- Being an opinion leader with an outgoing personality and good ability to network
- Advanced presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Disciplined, details oriented and result driven
- Being connected to what is happening, identifies and recommends local events and activities
- High sense of creativity
- Previous sales experience in the spirit, beverage or tobacco industry preferred
