Project Manager (IT / PMP certified)

We adopt an Agile development approach and work towards adopting tech best practices and cutting edge tools. We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be a proactive and organized professional who excels in managing multifaceted projects. This role is required to manage multiple products and liaise with respective product managers of the products.
What to Expect:
- Strategize project management and coordination for various initiatives, highlighting interdependencies.
- Finance Monitoring: Monitor project finances, track expenses, and ensure adherence to budget
- Constraints; Collaborate with the finance department to manage project funding and
- Expenditure; Regularly review and reconcile project-related financial records; Ensure accurate accounting of project costs and revenue.
- Procurement: Crafting and managing procurement for the product team, which includes Purchase Order (PO), and follow up on billing and invoices.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively manage and monitor risks throughout the project.
- Security Updates: Coordinate security assessments and implement necessary updates to management.
- Product Updates: Oversee the planning and execution of product updates and releases; Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless updates.
- Presentation: Prepare and deliver project-related presentations to stakeholders, team members, and management.
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, including team members, senior management, and external partners. Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and issues.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and risk assessments.
How to Succeed:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in project management with a diverse skill set.
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Familiarity with security protocols and product management is a plus.
