- Manage the shipments progress, database and delivery clearance with vendors
- Handling customer orders and supporting Sales team
- Respond to the client in time, work closely with internal teams, build relationship and retain existing client account.
- Issuing freight invoices
- Checking all the accuracy of shipment documentation complied with all the SOP and regulations.
- Constants identify improvement in streamline process.
- Assisting on RFQ or Reporting
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- O' level, NITEC or Diploma in Logistics or Business Administration or equivalent
- 1 years experience in freight forwarding industry
- Experiences in Sales Support or Customer Service
