Position: Purchasing Assistant
Salary: $2,500 - $3,200 + AWS
Location: West
Working Hours / Days: 08.00 AM – 05.30 PM (Mon – Fri + Alt Sat)
Responsibilities:
- Support in procurement of materials, supplies, and equipment.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, delivery confirmations, payment receipts, and other documentation.
- Coordinate with operations and project site personnel on material issues.
- Receive, prepare, and process incoming correspondence.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, sorting, and general admin support.
Requirements:
- Possess a GCE “N” / GCE “O” Level or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in procurement within the construction sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, e.g. Excel and Word.
