Responsibilities


Clients’ Management

  • Review, understand and fulfil clients’ recruitment needs thru different avenues / methodologies/ platforms and at the same time ensuring quality of candidates
  • Conduct Requirements Gathering with Clients for all new job orders
  • Prepare cost simulation for clients based on client’s budget for hiring to ensure alignment from both parties.
  • Presentation of short-listed profiles to client and obtain relevant feedback.
  • Assisting in interview arrangement for Clients with Candidates
  • Enhance, build further trust, and better relationships with client to generate more job order opportunities from more business units per reach/client
  • Ensure and enhance Client Experience using our services

Candidates’ Management

  • Ensure and enhance candidates’ experience using PrimeStaff as their source for job search regardless of temp/perm or contract jobs
  • Provide helpful and informative/necessary details to help candidate make wise decisions on jobs
  • Conduct phone/virtual or face to face interview with candidates with professional approach at all times regardless of the level of the candidates
  • Ensure good communication is maintained with candidates while building good referral opportunities to grow better candidates’ pipeline and database
  • Interview coordination and pre-interview preparation with candidate

Job Orders’ Management & Others

  • Take immediate action upon receiving job order confirmation by proceeding with Requirements Gathering with Clients
  • Once a channel/s are identified, proceed with job posting or data mining to search for the relevant candidate best matching to the job order, meeting with most requirements and criteria of the client
  • Always be mindful of the status of the job order, aging, calibration updates, changes, activeness etc.
  • Keep clients and or candidates updated on the progress of the job order and maintain good communication with all parties, keeping all parties warm for outcome as necessary, etc.
  • Be aware and mindful of any potential hiring opportunities by any prospective employer thru information gathering or insights via any network, interviews, etc. and working closely with the business developer
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 1 - 2 years of work experience
  • Candidates with 0 years of experience who have relevant internship and strong drive are welcome to apply
  • Minimum diploma in any field
  • CEI certified. Candidates without CEI would be required to take the sponsored exam at point of joining.
