Responsibilities:
- Prepare, season and cook Indian cuisine, including Dosa and Uttapam, Indian chaats and Parathas, Maggi
- Prepare food from quality authentic Indian raw materials, herbs and spices,cook Indian cuisine dishes and tandoor dishes in its traditional way.
- To ensure that all the Indian food is freshly prepared, and the food standards are met.
- Check the quality of food at all stages of preparation.
- To be experienced in Indian, Chinese and South Indian vegetarian cuisines.
- To process the UNIQUE curry taste for our customers, consistency is more important and all food should be prepared perfectly before leaving the kitchen. It should taste and be prior to dispatch.
- To be creative in everyday cooking and to introduce new dishes and menus as and when necessary.
- Portion food and add dressings to ensure great presentation.
- Oversee kitchen operation to ensure that it runs smoothly.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cooking Indian cuisine.
- Must have experience making Dosa and Uttapam.
- Able to make Indian chaats and Parathas.
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Experience:
- Kitchen: 2 year (Preferred)
- Cooking Dosa: 2 year (Required)
- Cooking Uttapam: 1 year (Required)
- Indian chaats and parathas: 1 year (Required)
- Indian cuisines cooking: 3 years (Required)
