Abide & uphold Salon’s policy, code of conduct, standard operation process to provide highest client service standard
- Provide professional services to clients not limited to hair & scalp consultation / treatments, hair dressing / styling, chemical works & other related scope of work in the salon
- Provide appropriate recommendations and advices on hair & scalp products, treatments to customers & up selling of products and packages
- Carry out daily briefing & provide weekly reports for onward actions. E.g. repairs, services recovery
- Assist with schedule/reschedule of appointment for customers & promote credit packages
- Upkeep prime maintenance of all equipment in the salon
- Maintain high clients service standard & maintain a professional etiquette at all times with clients and also team members
- Promote Cross-service recommendations- Achieve sales target and assist in boosting sales through database touches with clients
- Support the overall operations cost control
- Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to scheduling, inventory, and sales reporting
- Update inventory at all outlets in keeping with the stock balance for back bar & retail
- Manage inventory & fulfil product orders
- Ensure stock control maintained to eliminate waste
- Maintain safe and health conditions by fulfilling mandatory license and legal regulations
- Executing clients communications procedure (including standard telephone communications) using appropriate customer service etiquette
- Maintain discipline and promote a conducive team spirited environment
- Achieve high hygiene, tidiness & cleanliness salon standard
- Assist with other ad-hoc duties as assigned when required
