Job Description:

  • Marketing of security manpower & technology services
  • Develop marketing plan and follow marketing schedules to reach out to potential clients by market segment
  • Arrange meetings with potential clients to make introductory presentations and understand their requirements
  • Attend site show rounds and prepare tender proposals for submission
  • Respond to any sales inquiries and provide a quotation
  • Prepare and negotiate the commercial contract with clients
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying, and supporting new sales opportunities, and managing potential cross-selling opportunities with all of the company’s products and services where possible.
  • Prepare marketing materials including digital media, brochures, and email advertising
  • Prepare weekly reporting e.g. marketing activities, customer database, or sales reporting
  • Gathering general market information, conducting the Market/Competitor analysis, obtaining competitive intelligence, producing analysis of potential market share, customer dynamics, and relevant upcoming opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of Security Manpower & Systems requirements, market awareness, and established network with both customers and suppliers.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by the Director from time to time.

  • Possess excellent communication, presentation, project, and budget management skills
  • Highly motivated and results-driven paying special attention to details
  • Strong in critical thinking skills, problem-solving, and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communicator and negotiation
  • Ability to manage customer requests for Quotes/Tender independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • English languages: Excellent speaking, presentation & writing skills
  • 5.5 days work week
