Our client is one of the world’s leading manufacturers and marketers of quality skincare, makeup, fragrance, and hair care products. We are looking for a Regional Project Manager – Store Design & Visual Merchandising to lead the managing of the regional TR projects for Korea and other sub-regions within TR APAC.
Job Responsibilities:
Cost Management process or integrating cost budgeting for all renewals.
- To partner with Finance/ Cost Management Team to drive budget.
- To partner with IP for Request for Quotation (RFQ) to all new locations, using the RFQ to gather bids for all projects.
Project Timeline overview for Sites & all brands in a renewal.
- Develop timelines, for each project working with all locations.
- Drive completion of tasks according to timeline based on Multi-functional team (MFT) input.
- Enable visibility to obstacles in projects & identify owner.
Enabling a complete vendor package briefing to the brand designers.
- Ensure retailer guidelines, site constraints, ELC design differences, existing site photos.
- Drive shop fitter site survey & potential site analysis.
Qualification & appointing of shop fitter to all locations, brands & renovations to existing sites.
- Establish a pool of brand-educated shop fitters.
- Drive new shop fitters to be excited & enrolled to be part of TR brand projects.
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering/Real Estate/Building management field. Able to read & understand technical CAD drawings
- Min 5~10 years of experience in project management in construction or manufacturing field
- Experience working in fast-paced organization, able to communicate & multi-task with different external & internal departments to execute the completion of projects
- Keen interest in the beauty industry business & lifestyle products
- Sound knowledge of computer software such as MS suite, MS Project or Fast track
