Family Personal Assistant

Working Hours and Location:

9.30am to 6.30pm (Monday to Saturday)

East Coast


Job Description:

  • Provide personal support to the Director and her family
  • Manage day to day operations of the household, running errands and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Assist to source for child's enrichment classes
  • Pick up child from school or learning centres
  • Handle any adhoc duties professionally and efficiently

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Nurturing disposition with patience and passion in working with children
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organised and meticulous
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates during daily communication
