User Acquisition Manager(DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER)

The User Growth Manager is responsible for the growth of user acquisition. The UG Manager maintains and optimizes a series of mature product growth solutions such as paid advertising and natural additions, and applies them skillfully to various businesses to promote business growth. You will hands-on lead and maintain high-volume campaigns on various platforms and influence our fast-paced growth.

Expectations | Duties

● Responsible for the user growth overseas in the chinese market. You act as a key stakeholder within the UA team, proactively suggest and lead new initiatives to scale our marketing spend.

● You will lead the management of the company's product marketing promotion on Meta (formerly Facebook) and Google, responsible for overall delivery effectiveness.

● You will effectively manage the budgets, content, and results of various promotional media, continuously optimize CPI, CPA, CPS, and user volume, and be responsible for the return on investment.

● You will provide daily, weekly, and monthly report production, summarizing and discovering media benefits while planning monthly and annual advertising plans.

● You will design creative promotion plans based on product features and media characteristics, communicate with designers to produce delivery materials, and continuously optimize the effectiveness of creative materials.

● You will be the main liaison with Chinese partners, clients, and resource providers and can ensure accurate conveyance and reception of information to ensure the fairness, legality, and rigor of relevant contracts, as well as the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of promotional materials.

● You automate and introduce new tools to save time, improve results, and increase our data visibility.

● You listen to customer insights and data and proactively transform them into clear next actions reflected within your channels' strategy.

Qualifications | Requirements

● A minimum of five (5) years of experience in paid user acquisition, managing 6-digit monthly budgets, predominantly in the mobile sector, and preferably within consumer apps or games.

● Preferably, candidates should have held managerial positions in at least two prominent MNC companies, showcasing extensive campaign management expertise on Facebook and Google.

● Demonstrated success in expanding and cultivating the Chinese market, particularly in the field of internet marketing management in China, with a proven track record of successfully executing comprehensive traffic promotion and optimization strategies across major channels for company products.

● Proven involvement in diverse projects related to network information security, artificial training machines, AI intelligence, and data analysis.

● Possession of a "growth mindset" that favors action through testing and experimentation.

● Experience in effectively communicating and presenting progress to the executive team, outlining growth strategies, and collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams and external partners.
