Roles & Responsibility
The PMO Analyst is responsible for performing general administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and documentation. They work closely with team members to support projects and initiatives, and assist with IT processes and activities. They also help with scheduling meetings and managing calendars, as well as preparing documents, reports, and correspondence. The PMO Analyst liaises with business users to build strong relationships and provides support for financial budgeting and workplan tracking. Additionally, they handle escalated IT issues and are willing to handle any other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
- Singaporeans Only
- At least 2 years related experience in supporting role function.
- Strong in process and business workflow.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated with ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is an added advantage.
