Customer Service Officer
Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized service to customers in call centre on banking products and services enquiries in an effective and efficient manner
- Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention
- Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction
- Consistently deliver excellent quality service, solicit customers’ feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder, with experience in relevant customer facing / banking experience role
- Good listening and communication skills with confidence in speaking to corporate clients
- Meticulous, resourceful, multi-tasking
