Job Description
- Provide support for the maintenance of building and property facilities
- Perform daily inspections and identify building defects
- Coordinate and oversee contractors for repair and maintenance work
- Propose and implement improvement projects
- Respond to customer and internal stakeholder requests and feedback
Skill Sets
- Proficient in subcontractor and internal stakeholder management
- Problem-solving abilities with a positive, resourceful, and proactive attitude
- Possession of Fire Safety Manager Certificate or Supervise Construction Work for WSH (BCSS) is a plus
Education / Experience
- Diploma in Building or Facility Management or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
