Job Description
- To take out quantities from drawings and prepare BOQ
- To evaluate and certificate progress claim of subcontractors
- To evaluate conditions and rates of subcontractor's quotation
- To coordinate with main contractor / client for work schedule
- To report cost evaluation for variation order to manager
- Project admin and documentation
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Building or Architect
- 1 year in relevant experience or fresh graduates are welcomed
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in AutoCad will be an advantage
