Our Client is one of the leading wafer manufacturers which is globally oriented and operates production facilities in Asia, Europe and the USA. Due to expansion, they are currently looking out for an Industrial Engineer to support their daily operation needs.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for equipment capacity improvement and verification and Operations productivity improvement
- Determine planning factors for short-term planning and scheduling as well as for strategic planning scenarios
- Monitor and manage upcoming short-term production bottlenecks
- Develop and define strategies for shop floor scheduling to meet the planned throughput
- Work closely with Production to control dispatch points to ensure a smooth production
Requirements:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- Good knowledge in manufacturing and logistics process, systems, and product costing in manufacturing industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
