The Talent
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economic, Entrepreneurship/ Digital Commerce or any other related discipline
- Possess Korean language certification in Business Level (as you are required to work with Korea Stakeholders)
- Experience in delivering Order to Cash process
- Strong in analytical skill to provide insights and idea for the company
- Customer focused and deliver product and service according to customer needs
- Work well in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The Job
- Deal with daily operations for the Order to Cash process
- Work on customer requests & enquiries on their orders
- Work closely with back-end operations team and physical distribution teams to ensure orders are processed and dropped in timely manner
- Handling of order & cash related incidents including non-quality, rejections, returns, shortages, overdue, claims and deductions
- Participate in continuous improvement programme
- Analyzing of customer order data to recommend differentiated solutions/service opportunities that contributes to organization’s value creation targets
- Own the credit control communication process to ensure timely order release and delivery to customers
