Who we are looking for
As our Head of Engineering, you will lead our team in product development, design, and innovation in water treatment technology. This pivotal role involves translating client needs and R&D findings into practical, innovative products while supporting the business development team.
What you will be doing
Product Development and Features:
● Lead the design and development of new water treatment products, focusing on process design, automation, and mechanical and electrical aspects.
● Continuously improve existing products, incorporating client feedback and technological advancements.
Team Management and Development:
● Oversee and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team, ensuring alignment with project goals and company vision.
● Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.
Client-Centric Design:
● Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and incorporate these into product design.
● Liaise with the R&D team to transform research findings into viable, market-ready products
Collaboration with Business Development:
● Assist the business development team in creating technical proposals and presentations.
● Provide technical expertise in client meetings and product demonstrations.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
● Develop strategic plans for the engineering department, focusing on long-term technology development.
● Ensure the engineering team’s projects are aligned with overall business objectives and industry standards.
Your Capabilities and Credentials
● Advanced degree in Engineering (Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
● Significant experience in water treatment technology and product development.
● Strong leadership skills with experience in managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
● Strong process driven mentality and detail oriented.
● Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
