- Position : Payroll Executive – Up to $4,000 - US Work Hours, Work From Home!
- Location : WFH – 80% to 90%, Office located near Bugis MRT
- Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 9.00PM to 6.00AM (US Work Hours, flexible break hours)
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,000 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days

Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate bi-weekly payroll administration and compliance with US statutory requirements, including checking of overtime and allowance calculations
- Liaise with respective supervisors on the attendance and timesheets of their staff, obtaining their approvals in time for payroll processing
- Prepare letters, setting up of Personnel files and safekeeping of other required documents
- Manage the HR/Payroll system ensuring information is updated at all times
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of payroll processing experience in a manufacturing environment (including overtime and allowance calculation)
- Proficient in Microsoft office and payroll software preferably ADP System
- Willing to work US Hours
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
- Required to be in office for meetings, working hours will be adjusted if required.
