The Role
As Business Development Intern you are an integral part of the sales team - you contribute in keeping the growth engine running at a high pace. This role will teach you how to work in a complex B2B sales environment and learn all about the fast growing e-commerce gifting vertical.
Main Tasks
- Handle all sorts of business development operations tasks on a daily basis
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for client support issues
- Liaising with the Business Development Manager about client onboarding
- Input logistics and tracking documentation into internal systems
- Assist in optimizing processes, reporting and basic analysis
Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills and a positive attitude
- Highly diligent and detail oriented executer
- Attentive and always ready to learn from your experienced managers
- Highly skilled in Excel and MS Office Suite
- Computer savvy and digital native
Bonus requirements:
- Any operational experience, especially for e-commerce / internet
- Fluent speaker of several local languages
