Job Description
- Manages the overall Quality Management System of the project
- Determined and committed in establishing strong QA/QC processes
- Require good judgement and ability to render decisions and/or recommendations where Quality policies and procedures are not clearly defined
- Knowledgeable with ISO 9001 systems requirements
- Knowledgeable in authority submissions documents such as FSC02, DOC, RI & TOP Documentation
- Knowledgeable in handling NCR and investigation of the root cause and ensure the corrective actions are implemented to prevent recurrence
- Ensure proper establishment and implementation of Project Quality Plan and Quality Management System
- Prepares and submit Project Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plan, Inspection Checklist of the project to Consultants/Clients approval
- Monitor project quality performance and make necessary improvement to the project quality system
- Conducts site inspection/audit to ensure works are in compliance with the approved PQP, ITP and method statement
- Monitor, witness and coordinate the structural and architectural works on-site
- Review project specification and prepares submittals for approval
- Deploy and Evaluate QA/QC personnel performance so as to facilitate the effective operation of the project
- Coordinate and communicate on all quality related matters with Client, Consultant, Main Contractor, RE/RTO
- Passionate in solving problems, team building, up-to-date in QA/QC programs and technologies.
- Perform other work duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural
- At least 8 years working experience in the related field
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
