- 5 Days work per week (8.30am to 5.15pm)
- Minimum 2-3 years Diploma in Information Technology or Degree 1-2 years in Information Technology or equivalent + Experienced in Managed Network routing configuration.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience or at least 3 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, troubleshooting enterprise hardware and servers or Windows based servers

Requirements
- Experience working with MSSQL, MS Business Central and SAP B1 is an added advantage.
- Familiar with MS Server Windows 2008 and above, Firewall, VPN, Email Server, Network configuration and Virtualization is an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- To support development, troubleshooting and maintenance of hardware and software applications such as Microsoft, server, workstations, firewall, emails, internet security, VPN, VOIP and data backup.
- To support and maintain the activities of IT operation of the group including daily helpdesk and technical support to the end-users.
- To plan, coordinate and manage installation and maintenance activities when required.
- To handle the support and management of IT infrastructure locally and overseas.
- To collaborate and coordinate with vendor for maintenance service, hardware procurement and project implementation.
- To maintain the Active Directory and group policy management, Window operating system, disaster recovery plan.
- To prepare, update and execute IT Standard Operating Procedures when required.
- To ensure IT system compliances such as license's, policy, and contract.
