· Responsible for managing all functions and day to day operations of the restaurant
during opening, mid or closing shifts.
· Ensures excellent customer service and has good customer management skills.
· Make recommendations concerning development, promotion, and disciplinary action
affecting team members.
· Manage inventory and liaise with store manager to make necessary orders in advance.
· Proven ability to develop teams and training of new staff.
· Knowledge of systems, methods and processes that contribute to smooth operations
both in back-end and front-end.
· Shares knowledge of South Indian Vegetarian food and ensures good food quality.
· Manage Catering orders and ensuring smooth flow in catering operations.
· Maintaining and monitoring duty roster schedules.
· Implementing regular cleaning routine, daily, weekly and monthly and doing regular
follow-ups.
· Retains customer loyalty by ensuring good customer experience and relationships.
· Manage all necessary repair and maintenance issues
· Good command of English and with one or two regional Indian language (in order to communicate with our majority customers)
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
