A)Job Description:-


1. As Ethics and Compliance Officer, ensure that the activities of employees are in line with the guidelines of the Company's Code of Ethics and comply with laws and regulations by using compliance training and the Speak Up System. Ensure the strengthening and proper operation of the compliance system and manage the progress of legal and compliance-related work in response to changes in the internal and external environment.


2. Establish HR strategy and HR system that contributes to the management strategy, and manage the progress of personnel-related tasks in response to changes in the internal and external environment in order to realize this strategy.


3. Develop Accounting, Finance and tax strategies and accounting systems that contribute to the management strategy, and manage the progress of accounting, finance and tax-related work in response to changes in the internal and external environment in order to realize these strategies.


4. Formulate IT strategies that contribute to the management strategy and manage the progress of IT-related work in response to changes in the internal and external environment in order to realize these strategies.


5. Formulate a general affairs & sustainability promotion strategy on office management and sustainability activities that contributes to the management strategy, and manage the progress of general affairs and sustainability-related operations in response to changes in the internal and external environment in order to realize the strategy.


6. Disseminate Group policies and measures of the Head Office Administration Departments to Group companies in the Asia-Pacific region.


7. Provide services for IT, legal, compliance, HR and other administrative functions according to the needs of each Group company in order to support the strengthening of the management base and efficient business operations of Group companies in the Asia-Pacific region.


8. Act as a point of contact for consultation in Japanese on SCA's administrative operations and RHQ's administrative operations from the head office in Japan, and coordinate various aspects of these operations.


9. Comprehensively manage Corporate Division such as Legal, HR, Accounting & Finance, IT, General Affairs and Sustainability by fully working together with each General Manager and Section Mangers.


10. Accountability to management for the operation and condition of the company.


11. Responsible for job assignments to internal members, including career development and performance management for managers.


12. Responsible to create and support a work environment that is rewarding and motivating for subordinates.


B)Skills Required:-


1.At least 25-30 years' experience in an administrative role (including business management roles) in the chemical/plastics industry.


2.Advanced language skills in English and Japanese for regular reporting and communication with Japanese counterparts, customers and stakeholders.


3. Strong business acumen with strong communication skills, influencing, interpersonal understanding and leadership skills.


4. Sufficient competence in compliance management, accounting and financial management, human resources, administration and sustainability management.


C)Education Details:-


Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
