Responsibilities

Admin / Receptionist

  • Data entry and computation
  • Handle scanning and sorting of documents
  • Handle hotline and calls
  • Reply emails
  • Simple admin duties as assigned

Clinic Assistant

  • Patient Registration
  • Appointment booking for patients
  • Frontline duties
  • Data Entry
  • Organize paperwork
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Patient Service Associate

  • Provide frontline customer service for the Department.
  • Register and verify patient information
  • Providing pre-operative scheduling and coordination services, advising patients on their admission process, providing financial counseling, as well as collecting deposits from patients.
  • Handle general and wayfinding enquiries from patients and visitors.
  • Answers incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner.


Requirements

  • Min. NITEC/Diploma in any discipline
  • Can start as soon as possible
  • With relevant experience will be an advantage
