Responsibilities:
· Initiate and conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases, introducing our products or services and generating interest in order to achieve sales targets.
· Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and unique selling points to potential customers. Stay updated on product developments and updates.
· Qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening, identifying customer needs and preferences. Assess the suitability of products or services based on customer requirements.
· Deliver persuasive sales pitches to highlight the value proposition of our offerings. Overcome objections, address concerns, and guide potential customers through the sales process to secure commitments and close deals.
Requirements:
· O’levels and above
· Strong verbal communication skills.
· Familiar with sales techniques and objection handling.
