Responsibilities
- Attending to customers' enquiries and orders' status via calls or emails
- Processing customer orders and quotations for sales team
- Coordinating logistics, scheduling orders
- Follow up on sales orders
- Assist other departments administrative tasks
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Nitec in any discipline
- With 1 year of sales support or customer service experience
- Availability to start work within short notice will be ideal
