Job Description
- Develop, execute and evaluate strategic PR plans
- Help to develop short, mid and long-term strategic Public Relations goals
- Build relationships with the press across print, broadcast and online platforms to increase exposure for our clients
- Pitch to top media outlets for news, product announcements, profiles, features, and thought leadership pieces
- Identify and pursue media placement opportunities in targeted press outlets
- Manage messaging and relationships with the media
- Develop and dissemination of press kits with management’s approval
- Track, monitor and evaluate reception of press releases
- Monitor and share coverage of news with team members and clients
- Assist in all marketing, branding and copywriting needs
- Craft the full suite of communications across print and online including social media
Job Requirement
- A Diploma in Business, Marketing or Communications.
- A natural storyteller with excellent written and communication skills, with a flair for digital design and a passion for social.
- Creative with a good eye for aesthetics.
- Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking or those with media pitching experience is a plus.
- A dynamic team player who is also a self-motivator
- Ability to think proactively, Adaptable and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to interface with all relevant stakeholders and articulate thoughts and express ideas/mechanics in a clear, logical way
- The ability to communicate in line with company style/strategy and to raise issues promptly and to report efficiently
- A genuine interest in creative industries and cultures with a good understanding of the media and digital landscapes
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills.
- Good research skills and good grasp of English.
