IT Service Manager/Engineer R&R;
- Minimum Poly Diploma in Information Technology or related.
- Work in Digital Signage/Directory kiosk/AV environment before will be a plus.
- Proficient knowledge in computer hardware & software system.
- Experience in managing computer network configuration, installation and server.
- Experience in managing IT engineers for work delegation & service reports.
- Possess effective communication skills and a good team player.
- Dynamic, flexible and self-motivated individual.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese speaking clients).
Job Responsibilities
- On-site customer meeting, and do follow-up with engineers or suppliers.
- Setup interactive kiosk, Digital signage and/or LED wall solutions.
- Perform kiosk, Digital Signage maintenance/repairs remotely or on-site.
- Conduct regular maintenance & checks.
- Attend meeting with customer and follow-up internally with respective teams or supplier.
